How to Create Your Own Breathing Space
You can create your breathing space with family and friend.
Here are a few tips:
- Who: Decide who will participate. E.g. friend (,co-worker, classmate or family member).
- When: Decide a fixed time to meet regularly. For example, Monday 7 PM weekly.
- Where: Decide where to meet. For example, home, park, office, library, restaurant or online.
- What: Decide what to practice. E.g. mindful breathing, mindful walking, mindful eating.
Note: Ideally the group meets at the same time and place every week.
