New to Mindfulness

How to Start

Mindfulness Essentials is recommended if you are new to Mindfulness. You can find the program schedule at Schedule page.

If you can not find ‘Mindfulness Essential’ that meets your schedule, it is OK to attend any other mindfulness program including “Mindfulness Meditation”.

(Alternatively you may attend online beginner’s programs, which are offered occasionally. Free online programs are announced in our email update and our group room.)

You can find some more basic learning materials at Resources page.

If you would like to learn more, you may attend Mindfulness Essentials or other mindfulness programs.
